• Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, website, industry, and messages you send through forms, booking calendars, chat, SMS, or calls.
• Client account data: ad account access, CRM data, lead records, call recordings and transcripts processed on your behalf.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, UTM parameters, and cookie identifiers.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

• To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide our services.
• To run and optimize advertising, SEO, CRM, and AI agent campaigns for our clients.
• To send service, billing, and — with consent — marketing messages by email, phone, or SMS.
• To measure site performance, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes subprocessors that help us deliver messages (for example, messaging carriers and platforms).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process data for us (hosting, CRM such as HighLevel, telephony and AI voice providers, analytics, payment processors).
• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, Yelp, Thumbtack) when running campaigns you authorized.
• Authorities when required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

We use cookies, pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to understand site usage and measure ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and through Meta ad preferences.

Calls and messages handled by our AI agents or team may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and service delivery. Where required by law, callers are notified of recording.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA beyond standard advertising pixels you can opt out of.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
