Got us into the Map Pack

Art and the team know exactly what they're doing when it comes to SEO for appliance repair. Within a few months we were ranking for "appliance repair" in our city and the leads have been consistent ever since. Their local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization got us into the Map Pack and doubled our service calls. Couldn't be happier.

Finally hired a second plumber

His team fixed our site, built out the SEO the right way, and made pages for the neighborhoods we actually serve. Around week nine or ten I started getting emergency calls at hours I'd normally be dead — burst pipes, water heater failures, the real work. Went from a trickle to the phone ringing enough that I finally hired a second plumber. These guys earned my trust, and that's not easy to do.

11 leads in the first two weeks

They created new ads using photos from our actual jobs, set up a lead campaign aimed at homeowners in our service ZIP codes, and added retargeting for people who had already visited our website. We ended up getting 11 leads in the first two weeks and closed three jobs from them. They even texted me when the first lead came through — it showed me they were actually invested in the results.

6 calls a week jumped to 22

This team got to work on the city pages, corrected listings that still had our old address, and streamlined the website's structure. About two months later, I started noticing calls from cities where we'd never ranked before. The 6 calls a week from Google had jumped to 22. Art and his team are the first agency I've trusted in a long time.

Leads at 40% lower cost

They showed me that a significant chunk of homeowners over 50 in our area still use Bing and that our competitors weren't advertising there at all. Lower competition, lower CPC, same buying intent. We started getting leads at about 40 percent lower cost than Google. IZY Digital just thinks about things other agencies don't.

Fully booked every week

I am fully booked every week and thanks to ProsBuddy. They connected everything and set it up for me in just one week. I integrated my Yelp and Thumbtack with literally one click, and now I just watch new bookings appear in my schedule. I don't even message customers anymore, the AI handles everything.

Really like how everything

Really like how everything works from the phone. Now techs just handle everything from their phone — invoice, payment, job updates, messaging the customer, all on the spot. We're closing jobs faster and getting paid right away.

We mainly switched to ProsBuddy because…

We mainly switched to ProsBuddy because of the AI bots — one answers incoming messages, another one does outbound calls to leads. Honestly it's been super convenient for us. A lot of the communication now just happens automatically. It replaced a whole sales team for us. Leads get replies right away, follow ups happen, calls go out, without us having to manage everything. Bookings are basically on autopilot now — which is exactly what we needed.

Easy to run local ads

ProsBuddy voice AI honestly changed the game for us. We can now run Google Local Ads 24/7 and actually capture every call. Instead of missing leads after hours, the AI answers right away and turns them into booked jobs. We're basically getting ready to go bookings now. Also really like that we can manage all our locations from one dashboard and actually see the cost per customer and how much revenue each location brings in. Makes it way easier to understand what's working.

Multi location management

ProsBuddy CRM was chosen for it's Yelp and Thumbtack integration, 24/7 support, and multi-location management capabilities. The AI bot that handles calls around the clock has also been a major benefit.
